The location was mind-blowing, with a direct bus from the airport and close to the city walls. The hosts were super accommodating, allowing for a different check-in time, and were quick to assist with any issues. The helpful owner gave detailed explanations and answered all our questions. The location was super convenient, just a short walk or a couple of bus stops away from the funicular. With a 5-minute walk to the bus stop, we had great connections to the railway station and airport. The absence of reception was no problem as key boxes were provided, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The room had great amenities like Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and an electric kettle. The presence of air conditioning was fantastic, especially during the hot weather. The no pets allowed and no smoking on-site policies created a clean and pleasant environment. our stay was jaw-droppingly perfect!

The rooms at Gatto Bianco Le Mura are cozy and comfortable, with air conditioning to beat the summer heat. I loved having a private bathroom, complete with free toiletries and a hairdryer. The coffee machine in the room was a pleasant surprise, perfect for kickstarting my mornings. The tile/marble floors gave the room a touch of elegance. Plus, the free WiFi and flat-screen TV made it easy for me to stay connected and entertained. With a wardrobe to keep my belongings organized, I felt right at home in the Le Mura Suite.
Personally, I found the air conditioning a bit too chilly at times, but others might enjoy it.

I thoroughly enjoyed the constant ringing of the phone and the lack of English-speaking staff. Truly an unforgettable experience!
Who needs a key to enter their room anyway? The open key box added a nice touch of suspense to my stay.

The room was newly renovated and the furniture was new, giving it a clean and modern feel. the towels and bedding were also clean and in good condition. the location of the hotel was great, with easy access to the city center and the funicular. This made it convenient to explore the old town and enjoy the beautiful views of Bergamo. the decoration of the rooms was nice and cozy, perfect for a romantic escape.
There were some negative aspects of our stay. the room we were assigned had poor sound insulation, and we could hear every noise from the entrance area, making it difficult to sleep.

My stay at Gatto Bianco was excellent! I stayed for two nights and found the location to be fantastic. It's just a 20-minute walk from the train station and only 15 minutes to Citta Alta. The area is nice and quiet, perfect for a peaceful stay. The rooms are lovely, with comfortable beds and a well-appointed bathroom. The staff, especially Désirée, were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the opulent historic part of the city, making it a great place to explore from. I would definitely visit again!
I can recommend this hotel.
